The fabulous Rainbow Bay beach is only 5 minutes by car. It is maintained by the community, and has a few shaded picnic tables. Its calm waters are particularly good for swimming and snorkeling. There are a couple of houses on the same road but the Rainbow Bay area (and Eleuthera, in general) is not a crowded place and you will get plenty of privacy.
If you don’t want to use the car, a short walk from the cottage to the north takes you to Twin Beach, a unique small beach with soft pink sand and shady caves to protect from the sun when needed. An equally short walk to the south brings you to Smugglers beach where you can find driftwood, seashells, sea glass and other treasures.
We do have WI-FI internet service at the house. You just need to bring your own laptop or smartphone.
There is a mobile phone at the house for guest’s use. You just need to buy a 10$ or $20 pre-paid card on a grocery store.
From North Eleuthera airport take Queen’s highway and drive south until you see the Rainbow Inn on your right. Then look for Cross Island Road on your left. Turn on Cross island Road. Then take the third road on the left, which is Panorama Road.
After 200 ft you see the house.
From Governor’s harbour airport take Queen’s highway (Eleuthera’s main road) and drive north for 8,4 miles (according to what Google maps says). Then turn right on Cross Island Road. Drive for 0,2 miles.

During the winter months the temperatures will seldom fall below 60°F and they will often reach as high 75°F during this time of the year.
In summer the warm temperatures seldom go above 90°F and may fall to 78°F or lower at night.
